How does the Litru Pack work?
When you place an order at an online store, make sure you include the code for the digital lock with your name (for example: "Please deliver to the back of the parcel box, code 8515 Hans"). The delivery person can use this code to open the Litru Pack and place the package safely. You can use the same code to open the mailbox and remove your package. The mail can easily be inserted through the slot at the front.

Placement of the Litru Pack
The Litru Pack is equipped with a separate base plate with four mounting holes. These holes have a diameter of 12 mm and are 20 cm apart. You can easily attach the base plate to a concrete base. Then place the letterbox over it and screw it firmly in place with the supplied bolts. For a perfect fit, a specially designed concrete base is also available, which can be found at the bottom of this page under smart combinations.
Corten steel rust process
Corten steel is a particularly strong type of steel that covers itself with a protective layer of rust when exposed to the outside air. The Litru Pack is always delivered unrusted and develops its characteristic rust color in a period of 6 to 12 months. This process can be accelerated to just 2 weeks by using a rust accelerator, which you can find at the bottom of this page under smart combining. Once the rust layer is fully formed, we recommend using a rust fixer to stop the process and prevent rust water from escaping from the mailbox.
