The Kortu is equipped with a loose base plate with 4 mounting holes. These holes have a diameter of 12 mm and are 20 cm apart. You attach the base plate to a concrete base (available at a DIY store). Then place the letterbox over it and screw it to the sides with bolts. The final bolts are included.

Roestproces
Cortenstaal is een zeer sterke staalsoort die zichzelf bedekt met een beschermende laag roest wanneer het aan de buitenlucht wordt blootgesteld. De brievenbus wordt altijd ongeroest geleverd en krijgt zijn mooie roestkleur/-laag als hij buiten staat. Dit proces duurt ongeveer 6 tot 12 maanden.
